What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, e-mail, avatar, settings and consents)
- Rides and activities, including heart-rate data
- Tiles, targets, routes and friendships
- Uploaded files, ZIP archives and photos
- Connections to Strava, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, RideWithGPS, Wahoo and komoot: access is revoked and tokens are deleted
- Subscription data on our side; a paid Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately
What is kept, and for how long
Some data cannot be removed immediately, for legal or technical reasons:
- Backups of the database and files expire after 7 days.
- Security logs with IP address: 12 months; server logs: 30 days; abuse-protection counters: up to 30 days.
- Trop Labs keeps invoices and accounting records of a subscription for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline passed (Polish Tax Ordinance Art. 86, Accounting Act Art. 74). Stripe keeps its own records under its own policy.
- Correspondence and complaints, including e-mails asking for account deletion: up to 3 years after the case is closed.
- Tile reports and comments you posted stay without your name and avatar; photos are deleted.
- Data in other services (Strava, Garmin, etc.) is not ours: delete it there. Activities already saved in those services stay there.
Full details are in the Privacy policy.
Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play
Deleting your account does NOT cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play. Cancel it in the store, otherwise the store may keep charging you.
